 for Affordable Image Due to variations of in equipment, paper, inks, toner and other conditions between proofing and pressroom operations a variation in color between color proofs and completed job are to be expected. When a variation of this kind occurs, it will be acceptable performance. Affordable Image requests payments of ½ (one half) of the total price of the job on projects of $100 or more prior to going to print, and the remaining upon completion of project. For jobs under $100 (one hundred dollars) full payment prior to print is required. As a result of variations of paper and printing supplies, all prices are subject to change. In such case, customer reserves the right to accept or reject such changes. If customer rejects price change, the job will be considered canceled. If a printing job is canceled for any reason, any and all quoted prices will become null and void. Affordable Image is not responsible for any misinformation, misprints, typographical errors or omissions. Affordable Image reserves the right to reject any job for any reason. Customer represents that any and all information given to Affordable Image is true and accurate. Customer understands that artwork you are submitting is not in violation of any copyright law. Customer all understands that artwork does not need to have a C to be protected. All works are protected under the laws of the United States of America by the artist. Affordable Image has the right to reject any job do to the graphic nature of the project. We do not accept any porno-graphic materials. Affordable Image requests a down payment on any graphic projects. A one hour charge is accepted up front of $80 (eighty dollars). Graphic charges can be refunded only after calculations of time used. Time is billed in increments of 15 minutes (fifteen minutes). Artwork and the items used to create artwork remain the property of Affordable Image. Logos can be purchased and ownership will be transferred to customer after final payment. Customer hereby indemnifies and holds harmless Affordable Image and its officers and employees from any claims and/or damages resulting from incorrect information given to Affordable Image. Customer understands that once payment is made, that there are no refunds. At the discretion of the management a store credit can be given. Affordable Image will reprint any job that is considered to be unacceptable by industry standards. This includes printing and bindery and other items at the discretion of the management. We reserve the right to have you return the original order, before reprinting your job. Your credit card information when placed on-line is done on a secure server and remains secure at all times. Affordable Image has no access to your credit card information. The transaction is between you and our bank which then transmits the money and verification that you paid to our account. Affordable Image does not share any of your personal information with any other company or persons outside of Affordable Image other than to process credit cards done on-site at Affordable Image store location. We do not sell your e-mail, phone number or mailing address. Affordable Image only uses these items for marketing from Affordable Image or to contact you regarding your project(s). Affordable Image does not
guarantee storage of any files submitted by customer. Customer understands that
their file or files can be printed for display or for samples mailed to other
customers unless you specifically request in writing that we do not use as our
samples. |
